Delivery Policy

Processing time

Processing times are NOT included in the estimated delivery time at the product page. All orders are currently shipped from our store in Lagos, Nigeria. All orders are usually processed within (1-2  business days) of receiving your order. 

Shipping time

  • 📦(1-2 business days) for Lagos state
  • 🚚(2-4 business days) for inter-state
  • ✈️(3-5 business  days) for U.K
  • ✈️(6-8 business days) for U.S.A
  • ✈️(6-10 business days) for Australia
  • ✈️ (6-8 business days) for other countries

Orders may take longer during sales, high volume processing time or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Rush Order

Since we originally take 1-2 days  to process your order and 7-11 business days to ship  your order approximately, there is a fee that could be paid and added to your cart if you want it before that time.

What you get:

  • Your order jumps to the front of the processing queue

  • Expedited processing within 1 business day (instead of the standard 1-2 business days)

  •  upgrade to express shipping

RUSHED ORDERS  will be taken into account first and take 1 day to process and ship next business day

RUSH ORDER Processing time plus estimated delivery time:

  • 5-6  business days  for U.S.A (instead of the standard 7-10 business days)
  • 3-4  business days for U.K (instead of the standard 5-7 business days)
  • 7-8  business days for Australia (instead of the standard 9-12 business days)
  • 5-6  business days  for Other Countries  (instead of the standard 7-10 business days)

Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location

An email or text message will be sent to you with your tracking number/delivery information.

Please ensure that you have filled in a valid and identifiable address and phone numbers for delivery.

Dispatch notification/ Immediate Cancellations

An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.

You will not be able to change or amend your delivery address and size once your order has been made.

Should you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please email us immediately, as this will not be possible once the item has been shipped.

If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to info@houseofsolange.com including your order number.

Item not delivered?

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 business days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service.

Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

Customs and Duties Charges

Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside the Nigeria) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. Houseofsolange has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the customers’ responsibility.

Houseofsolange is not liable for any extra custom fees charged by individual countries or extra holding times as this is beyond our control.
