We want everything to fit you perfectly, but we understand the right size may not always be chosen for this reason we offer an exchange policy for sizing issues within the first 3 days for Lagos customers, 5 days for interstate customers and 14 days for international customers.

- Send us an email at info@houseofsolange.com stating the garment item name on the site, the size you ordered and the size you would prefer.
- Once we have received your new preferred size we will provide you with the address where the garment needs to be sent back to.
- Once we have received your item we will check it has met all our requirements for exchanges and issue you with your preferred size and send this out to you.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability.
- You can exchange your item for another size or another item entirely of equal or more value if your original choice is not available.
- We offer one free exchange for every item.
- Please note we reserve the right to refuse any items sent back that does not adhere to our exchange policy.
- Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order.
- Please try on the clothes with caution, as we will not accept clothes that have acquired a scent of perfume and/or makeup stains.
If your original choice of item is not in stock we will issue you a store credit which can be used within 185 days of your original purchase.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service in shipping packages back as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, MizBehavior will not issue a return store credit.
Please note houseofsolange does not cover any exchange costs, however exchanges will be shipped free of charge if the item is located in the same city & the wrong size or style was received.
Please allow up to 24-72 hours after we receive your return (not including weekends and holidays) for your Store Credit to be issued to process your exchange. Once your return is processed, you will receive a Store Credit in the form of an e-Gift Card, which does not expire. Please only inquire about the status if more than 3 business days have passed.

Most of our clothing is true to size. But there are items that run smaller or bigger than others. If this is the case, we will make sure to let you know in the description of the item. If you are unsure of the size you need you can call us at +2347031679771 so that one of our representatives can help you choose a size. Most of the time, customers take an item that is too small; therefore, if you believe you are in between sizes we suggest the next size up. Our models always wear meduim unless noted in the description.
1. BUST
Measure around the fullest part, with your arms relaxed at your sides.
2. WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button.
3. HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your hips. This area usually corresponds to the top of your legs or about 8” inches down from your belly button.
